The key to our ability to take care of your signage solutions lies in our diverse range of services. With expertise in signage and corporate imaging, R&D Signage Solutions provides a single point of contact for all your signage needs.
TERMS
For custom orders, our terms are 25% deposit and balance on delivery for works greater than $5,000, otherwise our payments terms are net 7 days.
On acceptance of your quotation and payment of the deposit, we will provide you with up to two proofs, free of charge. Additional proofs are charged on a time basis.
If you need to supply us with your logo or other prepared files, please see below for Technical Specifications to assist you with file preparation.

FILE TYPES
At R & D Signage Solutions, the quality of your order is important to us. To ensure we get the best results and reproduce your work accurately, please follow these guidelines when preparing your artwork files.
Preferred File Types
Adobe Illustrator .ai Adobe Acrobat .pdf Adobe InDesign .ind Postscript .eps CorelDraw .cdr Adobe Photoshop .psd TIFF .tif
Vector Artwork
Vector or line-art files (eg. Illustrator or CorelDraw files) will give the best results as they can be enlarged to any size without losing any quality
Raster/Bitmap Artwork
Bitmap files (eg. Photoshop or TIFF files) should be saved at a minimum of 120ppi at the finished size.
Website Graphics
Images used on websites are created at very low resolutions so that they download quickly. They are almost always unusable for artwork.
Fonts
Please convert all fonts to outlines. This will ensure we can reproduce your text exactly.
Colours
The colours in your finished order may vary from the colours shown on your computer monitor or office printer. Please contact us if you require precise colour matching and we will work with you to ensure your colours are reproduced as accurately as possible. Please do not carry out any colour conversion (eg. RGB to CMYK) prior to sending us your file. Files embedded with Pantone colours are preferred.
Sending Files
Files smaller than 5MB in size can be sent via email.
Please contact us for files larger than 5MB.
CERTIFICATES
Contact us to receive a copy of our current Certificate of Currency and WorkCover Insurance Certificate of Currency.
OHM
At R & D Signage Solutions, our mission is to deliver one-on-one service and attention to detail. To do this we need to ensure our team is professionally trained in not only the technical side of our business but in all relevant O H & S aspects of our business.
Our team has the relevant Red/White cards, EWP (Elevating Work Platform) tickets as well as OH & S Class WP for the operation of EWP's higher than 11m.
